2022 Catie's Corner Viognier
This wine is whole cluster pressed and allowed to settle for two days before being racked to barrel. The juice is then inoculated and barrel fermented. Used French Oak were used to ferment and age the wine. The wine has undergone no malo-lactic fermentation.
After 6 months of aging the barrels were racked to tank and blended for cold stabilization in preparation for bottling.
