The 2019 Titus Sauvignon Blanc is vibrant, fresh, and jumps out of the glass with aromas of lemon lime, buddha’s hand citrus, peach skin, lychee, gardenia and sweet perfume. On the palate the wine is lush with bright acid that drives flavors of grapefruit, Bartlett pear, melon and guava. The clean finish leaves the palate with notes of lemon grass, cut hay and fruit cocktail.
The 2018 Titus Zinfandel is packed with thrilling aromas that jump out of the glass. It greats your senses with notes of boysenberry, mulberry, pomegranate, thistle and shades of cologne. First sips contain a riot of flavor as this medium bodied wine fills the palate with wild berry, birch beer, spice, and cream soda. The wine builds with gentle smooth tannins that are balanced with fresh acidity and drinkability. Throughout the finish the wine is rife with barrel toast and citrus zest as the wine lingers. Enjoy now through 2030.
The 2017 Titus Merlot is another stunning bottling from the block we purchase at the Sugarloaf Mountain Vineyard. The aromas are generous with a beautiful bouquet of ripe strawberry, berry pie, toasted pie crust, dried cranberry, and potpourri. As the wine glides through the palate it is open and rich with flavors of plum, dark cherry, Oolong tea, and spice. Gentle tannins frame a smooth and round palate that has fresh acid and lingering notes of anise and hibiscus. Enjoy through 2030.
The 2017 Malbec has a beautiful bouquet with pomegranate, raspberry, boysenberry, violets and hints of vanilla. The silky-smooth entry leads to a seamless palate with fine tannins that give the wine a sleek structure and a core of delicious fruit. Black cherry, blackberry preserves and mulberry greet your palate as they fade to warm spice flavors and a toasty crème brulee note on the finish. Enjoy through 2030.
Cold pressed, unfiltered, estate extra virgin olive oil. This Tuscan style oil is a blend of Leccino, Frantoio, Maurino, Coratina, and Pendalino olives at our Ranch house. Like many of the great Tuscan olive oils, this oil marries a tinge of grassiness with a nice peppery finish. Sorry, there are no discounts on this product.
This is the essential cooking ingredient; great for dipping sauces, as a finishing oil, or in a superb salad dressing - we're all hooked on it! Try it drizzled over a salad of arugula, grilled peaches, prosciutto and goat cheese.
