The 2017 Lot 1 is full of delightful multitudes and is a wonderful example of this unique blend. The deep aromas are full of blueberry, cassis, glove leather, plum and lilac notes. On the palate the wine opens up with plushness and a welcoming texture that has berry compote, dark chocolate, and pomegranate fruits. The tannins are luxurious and extend the mouthcoating wine through the finish with black pepper and floral notes. Enjoy through 2036.
