2022 Petite Sirah

The 2022 is another delicious example of Petite Sirah, the aromas are filled with blueberry, boysenberry, pie crust, rose, and black raspberry.  On the entry the palate presents a deep core of dark fruit and bakers’ chocolate with blackberry preserves and plum rounding out the viscous midpalate.  The wine is mouth filling and finishes with chocolate covered blueberries, plum and molasses as it lingers. Enjoy 2025-2040.

The 2022 Titus Petite Sirah was harvested on September 13th and 21st, 2022.  After the fruit was recieved at the winery it was destemmed directly to tank where it was fermented for 14 days.  After fermentation the free run wine was drained from tank and racked to barrel.  This wine as aged in 55% new American and Hungarian Oak for 22 months before being racked to tank for bottling
