Barlett Pear, mandarin, stone fruits, fruit tart and rich pie crust lead to a dynamic finish with honeysuckle and key lime.
Nestled high in the hills above Sonoma Valley the old dry farmed Zinfandel vines at Bald Mountain vineyard have produced a delicious supremely drinkable wine. The aromas are packed with bramble berry, dried cherry, Asian 5 spice, and cracked pepper. Smooth on the palate with a rounded texture notes of cocktail cherry, wild berry pie, spice, dried mandarin ease into elegant tannins. The second release of our Dutton Ranch Pinot Noir is a delightful wine with a red fruit profile. Displaying Bing cherry, dried cranberry and lingonberry, the fruit notes meld into a bouquet of baking spice, rose hip, and Earl Grey tea aroma. The 2021 Titus Cabernet Franc is expressive, fresh and an exciting example of one of our oldest bottlings. The aromas open with French plum, cherry, and Mexican chocolate while notes of clove, nutmeg and white flower are interlaced with the fruit. The wine is smooth and almost delicate on entry with nicely integrated tannins that have a subtle grip. Concentrated red fruits, strawberry rhubarb and dark chocolate are present leading to graphite and lavender on the finish. Enjoy through 2035.
The 2021 Titus Family Estate Reserve embodies the depth, concentration, and beauty of our Ehlers Lane vineyard with grace and elegance. A core of Blueberry, black currant, mulberry and warm coffee are rounded out with hints of lilac and maduro wrapped cigar. Inkiness in the glass gives the wine depth and length with rich finely knit tannins melting to chocolate pot de crème intensity.
