| A traditional wine tasting of over 60 wines with a new twist! Guests are invited to participate in a blind tasting by identifying several wines camouflaged in brown paper bags. Prizes awarded for the correct answers and all participants will be automatically entered in a drawing to win an instant Appellation St. Helena cellar comprising three cases of assorted wines valued at over $2,000. Feast on tastes from renown chef Cindy Pawlcyn's award-winning Napa Valley eateries, Cindy's Backstreet Kitchen, Go Fish and Mustards Grill.
The "blind" wines will be poured at the tasting tables so honest detective work is encouraged. Even the shy and reluctant can hone their skills at good guesswork as many winery tables will feature one "blind" bottle. Of course, these are not the wines in the official blind tasting. Or are they?
There will be wine and food pairing stations, a chance to meet Bob Johnson, famous for his cartoons satirizing wine snobbery, great music to relax by and ambiance galore soak up. Stroll in the vineyards or tour the caves of this signature Napa Valley winery. |
