 Titus Vineyards Napa Valley Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon has a much higher percentage of Cabernet Sauvignon than our flagship Cabernet Sauvignon but a tinier production, allowing us to showcase this king of grapes. Eric and Phillip hand select the best lots of ripe, dense and supple Cabernet Sauvignon, relying heavily on the grapes grown on the family’s Ehlers Lane vineyard. Phillip often describes the Cabernet Sauvignon grapes from the Ehlers Lane vineyard as the rocket fuel that promotes a racier style of Cabernet Sauvignon. Aging in 100% new French oak barrels enhances the wine’s deep, rich tones.When Phillip has the luxury of time to linger over a bottle of wine, this is the one he chooses and notes that he is always rewarded by this hedonist's pleasure. |
