A chef is always looking out for the best pairings - and I am no exception. 

I'm looking for the pea to my carrot, the caviar to my blini, the foi to my sauterne. I'm looking for someone who likes to have a good time, and doesn't mind a big personality. Yes, yes, you've met chefs before - but I am here to prove the exception to the rule. Most of us are primadonas of the craft - yelling everyone into submission, and making the experience rather stiff - almost wooden. I'm not overwhelming - in fact I'm shockingly easy to get along with. I love cooking a big family meal... you know, like for the holidays? Turkey and stuffing, potatoes and gravy, cranberries and spices, pumpkin pies and tarts. I can be fancy, of course - that's how I make my living, especially when I'm in France - but here in California I like a more {fruit} forward, relaxed and smooth approach. Try me - I guarantee you won't want to leave.
